I have a thing for some military uniforms. I think they're cool. A while back I was getting really into 'Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt'. Kneesocks is one of my favorite characters. And she wears a military-esque uniform. The uniform design here is based off of her and Scanty's main outfits.

I'm a classy cat demon. Really want to finish this. I'm glad I found this in my stack of art tonight. *flops*
