Damn it all, why must some superheroes be so dim-witted?!

Super Babs and Super Goof were just patrolling the area in the city til they saw Elasta on one of the roof...

And I guess they thought she was a villain attempting to do something evil, so they stopped her...even though SHE'S ALSO A SUPERHERO!!!

And it look like it's not stopping there, Super Babs is going somewhere, most likely getting something, but what?
