A WiP of a meerkat stalking, but what?

As for who this might be can be anyone's guess... Well at least for now. Hehehe.
But I'm sure it'll be more clear on who this is and for. So... untill a more detailed WiP is loaded or someone guess this one. No name will be mentioned.

Also remember that this is a Work in Progress so I do know that this looks nothing like a meerkat... yet ;)
