Simple tails under one foot will start at $25, curved canine/feline tails + husky tails start at around $35/$40, Complex tails (like sharks) and Longer tails(30"+) start at $50 and go up about $2 an inch after that and then some depending on the thickness(red panda/lemur/dragons, etc)
For reference, the lion tail is about 40", the nub tail's a bit under a foot, the grey/black canine tail is about 17", the coon tail is about 35", and the shark tail, tip to tip is about.... I think we measured it a bit past 50", but... I don't... know.......I should double check that XD
But yeah, to anyone that doesn't know, I.. kindasortafuckedupmyairbrushlikeadumbass... so... now I need a new one, cause I've cleaned the thing up and down, and it's testy on the best tries, and doesn't even pass paint on the worst :c And I'm afraid to use it on commissions because the last thing i want to do is fuck up a commission at the final stages , soooo yeah.
Tails don't take me too terribly long to do, so I'll try to sneak these in between commissions when I'm working on the machine and get them done by the end of the month, but I'd need the money asap. Shipping on smaller tails will be $5, anything over 20" and a medium/thin thickness will end up in a larger box which goes for about $10 for shipping in the US. anything larger, or that can't get bent too much(shaaarktails and stuff) would need a larger box and will need to get quoted after the tail's done. International shipping also needs to get quoted, since it can range from $15, to $60 easy, depending on where it's going.
But yeah, anyone that's interested, pleeeeease hit me up <:3
Thanks for listening to my derp.

hmm, i'm guessing you'll want the spots on the leopard one to be sewn to match the head, and I'd use a similar technique on the lion tail for the fluff as the mane for the head on that one.
ahhh.... probably, $55 for the lion, $65 for the leopard one, just because of the spotting. I'd also do a wire insert, like the lion tail up there, so they'll keep off the ground and have a nice bounce to them, while also being poseable :3

Okay, an yeah haha sorry about my preferences xD I just don't want to look up one day and see fading of markings when if it had been sewn I could fix myself...you know? (idk I may just be weird)
An how tall is the model in the photo? I'm 5'5, but my boyfriend is like almost a foot taller. And I'd like his to also be long looking and not like..you know at his calves lol
And how is the pose able wiring? Like do you like it? I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around that since all I can think of is the little wire wings from a stuffed bat I had and after posing them around they got kinda kinked in places and would never be flat/straight again.
Hopefully I can get the funds, and if I do you can just put them on my head slots so they can just be shipped together (unless you don't want to do that!) I'll let you know ASAP just gotta talk to the boy! Lol

We're just under 5'5", but making the lion one a bit longer wouldn't be a problem at all. And honestly, sewing spots does look a lot nicer on the longer fur.
As far as the wire, the concept is the same as the bat wings, i'm guessing, but where I'm guessing there wasn't a whole lot of extra padding around the wire on that, the fluff/bulk of the tail essentially hides all kinks in the wire aestheticly, so you just get the nice curve unless you bend it at like... a 90 degree angle. I've got a couple tails from years back that have wire inserts, and they all still look just as nice as they did when I first put them together *simple cat tails, but ya know XD It's what you make when you're an animu nut :3*
