Okay, so - the plan for the eyes seems to have worked out just fine! :D
These are the eyes for the suit head - and they're 100% sunglasses (okay, maybe 0.1% auto/marine glue). The idea is, when they're installed, I should have nearly perfect peripheral vision. Something which is gonna help me a WHOLE LOT when I take this thing to a con. ^_^

Yay, thanks! They are more difficult to set in the head in a realistic fashion - I think I'm gonna wait until I have the ears, and horns, and foam attached to the head before I set the eyes, or else they'll probably not look good on the final head.
Got some vinyl tubing to use for the noseridges and eyeridges. If I could find and afford a pocket-sized fog machine, I could hook it up to that, and be able to snort smoke out the mask! :D

Okay, finding it I managed. But it's a $1600 thing - http://looksolutionsusa.com/products.shtml x.x
The "Tiny F07" - the fogger would fit in the snout of the mask, the battery pack/activator could be stuffed in a pocket. So I could have actual fog noses. If I was, like, wanting to spend tons of money.

Also indicates how to do moveable ears and jaw. :D
And I'm just using 7-count "stiff" plastic mesh, a tapestry needle, and some hemp twine I happened to have laying about (all of which you can find in the crafts section of Store-that-must-not-be-named). :D
