Little sister of Rouge the Bat, of Sonic The Hedgehog fame. She's actually Rouge's HALF sister, her father having been a vampire bat.

Yep, she's a little bloodsucker, but with a taste for blood during certain situations - what situations those are can be guessed from how she's dressed.

She's also a little sneak-thief, to a degree to make her sister envious, able to steal anything that's not nailed down and on fire - which is why she carries a crowbar and fire-extinguisher at all times.
