Many people think Mim is based on Morgane. Although it's an idea that I don't approve, because Morgane in her history, is said to be sister or half-sister of Arthur. The only thing in common between Mim and Morgane is their rivalry with MERLIN. So I think Mim it's just a character created by Disney or T. H. White in his novel The Sword in the Stone.
I like that idea with Morgane as Mim's apprentice especially because I based my version on the malicious and manipulative personality that some stories say she had.

Just imagine it. Mim instills the young Morgan will all of her negative personality traits. Morgan finds delight in the gruesome and grim. Then she covets her brother's throne believing that it is rightfully hers. Oh boy! Why hasn't Disney jumped on this? Disney's The Sword in the Stone is just ripe for continuity expansion! They did it for Hercules and Tarzan. Hell, the Jungle Book got a prequel series before that.

I thought at first let her a Black hair and dark dress, but I think that look is overbroad. I like the look of the actress Helena Bonham, and decided to put a dark green dress, I consider that gives much more Celtic appearance to my Morgane.
