New character that has been running amok in my head for awhile. And finally I have given him form!

I always thought bears were cute, especially polar bears. They're pure white fur, cute black noses >w< Heeee. Pure white was always something I liked, add small splatches of ice blue and it creates something I really enjoy!

So that is where Kacey came along. I wanted to make a femmie-ish, slender polar bear. Then I started thinking of ICEES and thought..huuuuuh...KACEY.

So have Kacey the polar bear. He's got gentle blue 'air brushing' at his nose tip, right under his tail and between his wittle booty cheeks (I dunno markings there or something is cute idfk why), blue paw pads and tongue, and ice blue eyes as well as ice blue highlights. I'm quite fond of him~
