I've never paid minimum when it comes to pay what you want, with exception to one stream that already had a $10 min.
$1 is just outrageous and being picking as balls is just dumb. I once saw someone get like 3 pieces of art from ricket for about 5 USD. That just angered me considering I actually took into account the artist's needs too.
