My entry to 
little-gray-bunny's contest of fanart of his characters.
I thought I'd try something different and draw a small character he only did once, the little "Give a hoot indeed!" owl from his page of PURE RANDOMNESS!!!
What I really wanted to do was something with the LAW! man from the same piece, or some kind of interaction between him and the owl, but then I realized I can't draw people to save my life, so I opted just for the owl. And since I also can't draw dynamic poses (I wanted to draw him trying to drink tea, but his monocle fell off and landed in it), I had to do something with a static pose. So I made him evil. So yeah.
