this is a picture of a weird abandoned gateway nearby where i work...if you look carefully you can see someone gratified a figure eight (the symbol for infinity) on it. It is an eerie location...and i am lead to believe that long ago in a bygone era a house or estate sat there...its gone now. The more i looked at it the more i realized, what is a gateway, but a portal into the unknown in this case infinity. It reminds me of such portals as the one i mentioned in The Birch Lantern
I had wanted to write a story about this and use this picture as a thumbnail...but alas i am brain-dead..if anyone does want to use this picture for a story just ask me and the answer will be yes as long as you credit me.
