I think you can only do it in the full version.
Anyway, all you have to do is get the line art ready in like photoshop or something. I've been saving the line art as a tiff so I don't loose quality. Then, once in artrage, make a new painting the same size and proportions as your lineart.
Then, go up to File > Import Image to Layer. It will let you open the lineart and will place it on the top layer. Then, just set that layer to multiply and paint under it!
One thing i noticed is even though I set the original painting resolution to 300 dpi, when I open it up in Photoshop again it changes it to an uber big 72 dpi drawing. I just move it onto a 300 dpi canvas then and it makes it good to go for printing.
