As the admin for The Mewthree Townside on deviantArt I ran a contest for the the best designed Mewthrees. Of the top three winners they would get prizes as well as a drawing of the winning Mewthrees . Next up, is the deviant Sevenluck http://sevenluck.deviantart.com/ .

This one took second place mostly for its color choice and fluid, natural design elements. Like with Parnorse's Mewthree, Sevenluck's didn't get that much attention. For me, I saw a design that was basically what any of the longstanding members of the Mewthree group could have made, so basically a more dark, Mewtwo base with a look that would suit say, the stories that some of us fleshed out. Where Parnorse's was the unexpected, this one is the comfortable for someone who is into Mewthrees.

Sort of fought this getting second place actually, if only for the shear amount of scales. (Was dubbed "Scaly" as a temporary nickname while the three judges were working through the entries. Can sort of see why, no?) There was a whole heck load of these things, but at least they're predictable, natural shapes which more or less punishes when shading them but not when actually drawing them. Decided to draw the back of this Mewthree since it was the scales that made it particularly attractive in the end. Swampy color scheme, with a slight splash of purple to give it some color. Proportions are kind of way off here but for me this is the type of Mewthree body-type I enjoy, so tall and sleek it was to be.
