RadioMan, a robot built for the purpose of maintaining wavelengths. Hes modeled after older looking radios but he works with radio, wi-fi, and cellphone signals, basically if its wireless he can work with it. His weapon is the "Static Shocker" it can charge electronics and can jam wireless signals.

Originally this was going to be "PrisimMan" but when i started thinking of wavelengths I changed him to RadioMan. Mostly because not every one understands that Light is a wavelength, so i changed him to some thing that easier to understand
