This is not some versus story. I like Vulpa too much to do that to her.

The idea was thus,

Vulpa and Ru are on their ongoing quest find a way to defeat Omega before he/it destroys the world. During their travels, they come across Elra who has been rendered unconsicous Having her arm ripped out... again.

Though a strange looking Kemono, Being green and yellow, Vulpa and Ru stay with Elra until she is able to recover on her own a few days later.

Elra explains that she has her own quest, that being to destroy the DevilGun, a cursed weapon of unholy power, before it can do anymore harm or find it's master, the CyberLich Wolf Quovalt.

After repairing and reattaching her own arm, to the uneasy, somewhat queasy astonishment of the two other heroines, Elra decides she is going to travel with them for a while, at least until she can get her own supplies.

Elsewhere, the Devilgun, using some poor dead and decaying husk to carry it, finds Omega (or is it the other way around). The two evil decide to leverage some force on Ru and in defending her, hope to kill Elra and Vulpa as well.

I never got too far on the idea, but in their travels, Vulpa and Elra really start to aggravate each other. Elra being much more irresponsible and havoc-prone. Having a lightning blaster from an arm kinda' does that for a person. Vulpa's dedication to her sister and their quest puts her at an opposite side of the equation.

When zombies, animated by the Devilgun, abduct Ru, Vulpa and Elra drop their arguments to save the girl cub. Omega runs interference with creatures of his own, who are easily dispatched by the two wolfesses.

Once captured the Devilgun, needing a new body prepares to hand itself over to Ru. "One does not posses the Devilgun, it possesses you." Ru sensing this, though never told thus, resists as zombies try to force her to take hold of the weapon.

Vulpa and Elra fight their way to see the Devilgun about to triumph. As they are about to save Ru, Omega intervenes directly. Standing before them he begins to attack them.

During the fight Elra comes up with a plan to bypass Omega and stop the Devilgun. Vulpa agrees. The plans seems to work until Vulpa is caught by Omega and Elra is forced to improvise, as Vulpa was supposed to get her sister, and hurried to attack the Devilgun. just as she is about to blast the Devilgun away from Ru, Omega snatches her mechanical arm from her. The sudden shock and pain causes Elra to cry out and fall unconscious.

Ru, seeing this, resists harder, pulling away, ever so slightly. Suddenly she explodes with power and time seems to stop. during this time she easily slips free of the zombies, some breaking apart, in slow motion, as she does. She helps Vulpa and Elra out and away from their enemies.

The effect fades, just in time. Confused and furious, Omega turns on the Devilgun. The weapon sends wave after wave of zombies against the dark demon, and the to lock in deadly combat for what seems months.

Unable to and unwilling to get in the middle of that, Elra and Vulpa go on their way,waiting to learn the results of the battle. Using her rarely practiced Shamanic skills, Elra is able to discern that Omega won the battle, but Banish the Devilgun from this world.

Elra, after some parting jabs at Vulpa, parts company with her and Ru. Vulpa is sure she will succeed someday in destroying that weapon, but Ru isn't so sure...
