We can't see the victim's right hand, maybe he's got a knife.. or he just dropped it. Or maybe it's the holy hand grenade... who knows.

Most blades that warrant retaliation by the sword tend to be a bit longer, and if this carrys on from other pics ma have already been disarmed
Or the holy hand grenade but thats more use against rabbits

GoodWolf, did the Wolf being stabbed deserve it? I've been looking at this for a few minutes and the expression is... intriguing to me. It's almost as though that Wolf isn't surprised by the fact that such an action is being taken. In fact, the expression is almost one of... acceptance.

Yeah, dark as sad. Quite often someone is dying or looking sad or there is some dangerous situation... It is not bad thing, you make beautiful, emotional pictures of them :)

face expressions show the stabber had like no other choice the one being stabbed looks as if he can not belive what just happened. Like this was his brother or something that just stabbed him.
