Yesss it's finally done
I've been working on it all day, and I pretty much had to do everything twice except for the sketch because I ruined the file the first time
This is Tommy, my new oc!
If you know what show I am obsessed with, you know who he is inspired by.
Wow he'd think this was creepy if he ever saw it.
I'm still not sure if he actually looks like him though...
Despite the fact that he is based off of a real person, I added some of my own stuff in there and he's my character now. Weird right?
Oh and Tommy smokes.
