Film grain/streaks, zoom-in, and would I be right in assuming that the blades are reflecting a little light that trails behind them as they move (like, if you look at a particularly bright light, there's a trail left on your eyes that you can still see for a while after)? Very tight special effets. Someone needs to make an animation short from this.
