Lumi wanders into a scarcely traveled part of the city's sewer, thinking it'll be just him and the rats as he does a little electrical maintenance. Seeing some unusual tattered cloth hanging from a particular tunnel, he investigates and finds Teki, who is pretty unhappy to be disturbed in it's lair....
