Sikes Kapone is a druglord/pimp/and everything else wrong with this world. He really doesn't give two shits about other people other then himself and his kid.
The druglord position is passed down from father to son. Sikes had a child for only that reason, he didn't even like the woman it was just something that had to be done. To his dismay the baby ended up being a girl. So he's just treating his daughter like the son he always wanted.
He also had a thing with Dusty and is still sour about that. So he still has something for Dusty and is obsessed with getting him back.
