You should have seen me in the 90s, I was three.
I am really trying to knock this bad habit before it turns into something ugly, prob is how readily available it is to me. My Father has kidney failyer, which has turned into multiple organ failure. I should know better, but booze and cigs are so hard to quite once you start.

~hugs~ Sorry to hear about your dad hun, really. And you just need to take an oatmeal/lavender bath. The oatmeal will draw out the toxins through your skin, so it'll be easier to quit (as long as you don't keep smoking while you're doing that..). And try replacing alcohol with herbal tea or something similar, it'll relax you without the alcohol content.
