The Gilded lady is a ooak (one of a kind) kirin sculpture, made from polymer clay over a wire and foil armature. She was painted in acrylic and has inset resin eyes, as well as a mohair mane and tail.
Gilded Lady stands about 11.5 inches tall to the top of her horns. The butterflies on her back and in her horns are made from fantasy film and epoxy putty. She balances on two legs using clay extensions that lie under the hair.
Gilded Lady was a commission and is not for sale. If you're interested in a commission, I have information on my website here: http://quequinoxart.com/commission-.....formation.html sculptures start at $200.
