Depending on how long you've known me, you may have heard the story of this creature and how it came to be. It has never had a name, I have sifted through so many words and not-words, but nothing fitted it...until now. You see I was on the verge of sleep when it came to me again. It can't see, hear or smell. I realized that this creature is as much a part of you as your arms or your legs, it occupies the darkest recesses of your mind and whispers in your ear; makes your mouth go dry and your eyes go wide. Some of you will know it better than others.
