Needless to say, 'Sound Off' is one of my favorite Tiny Toon cartoons ever. Actually, that whole episode is a total fave (It also features Fifi as Scentanna; The Mystic Maid Of Musk! *huge boner*). I was not at all sure I'd be able to draw B&W Fifi, but I looked at some reference shots and probably erased every millimeter of her a dozen times before I was satisfied

Interesting tidbit: Those are actually Fifi's normal colors. I just desaturated 'em to the point where they *look* black and white. Pure grayscale just didn't look right when I tried it.

And yes, her word bubble is intentionally blank. She's a silent 'toon, remember? (:
