So, here we are, the first version of the first chapter of a little story i've been poking about with for a bit. Hoping to eventually publish this one, but that all depends on my actually finishing it.

The basic concept: We are a couple of hundred years in the future, and we have two nohnas, a pilot and his assistant, who are about to take their lives into their own hands.

For those wondering, nohnas covers amongst other things human/animal chimeras, but in short is any Non-Human Non-Alien Sentient creature originated on Earth.

This is just the first chapter, mind you, don't look at it entirely as a short story. Arguably it could work as one, as it's the introductory chapter, but...yeah, think of it as the basis for a larger storyline.
