Suddenly we have a musical cue, this is slowly turning into a Hollywood Rom/Com.

Now I'm not sure which director would wanna deal with the X-rated nature of this, plus who'd even wanna deal with animating the penises growing out of her fingertips? Not something they'd have laying around in the Jim Jenson department I'd wager.
But I know the Lemon fans on here would go watch the shit out of it.

Object tracking, basic 3D-onto-movie compositing. I think that part would actually be somewhat okay to do, though it would take some effort to make it not look fake.

Of course, no known director would want anything to do with a movie starring dickthul'hu, so yeah.
