She's an incredible inventor, they are built almost to perfection, other than what is in her leg, and the one in her brain, the former of which never worked and the latter wasn't made by her.

Hrmm. Interested in the leg, of course, and the one in her brain. My intense curiosity also wonders about the various things at her nethers, as they seem odd. I'd originally assumed the brain implant was more a general interface and neural net link than anything else, possibly the equivalent of mesh inserts.
Actually...hmm...let me just explain, i'll work up.
Her leg is simple. She's tried muscle implants, mechanical bones, and replacement muscles as well as what is effectively another leg "mesh" inside her leg to replace the need for a leg within it, but none of it has actually been stable enough to work so that leg is lame, she can't move it, though she can still feel it and it's very sensitive, so the cast is for it's protection as well as to hide her shame due to the many scars.
Her vagina has a bionic membrane which vibrates when pleasured, effectively allowing her to be a sex toy. Her tailhole has the same. Her womb has been modified to be able to stretch very widely and encompass most if not all species to allow pregnancy to most things, generally making them fully the father species, but sometimes causing mouse crossbreeds.
Her urethra has a stretchy mesh skin within like her vagina which vibrates and allows it to stretch much wider, so people can effectively mate her urethra down into her bladder, which she actually finds intensely pleasurable. Her nipples can also be penetrated, but they can't stretch THAT widely. Her breasts can also create a lot more milk than usual, depending on what the system in her womb detects to be the size of whatever offspring she has been forced to bare.
Her brain, as the last thing you wanted to know about, hasn't been modified THAT much, the modification was an attempt to make her a genius by putting a storage device into her which stopped her being able to forget anything. The problem is that...she can't forget anything. Ever. Any small niggling thing can't remove itself from her head and drives her insane. And if you had to relive every waking moment of your life every time you stopped working so hard you couldn't think, and your life included being chemically burned and crushed under a building after years of abuse under the one person you trusted, it's fairly easy to see why she has violent mood swings and never sleeps.

Hrmm... I'm actually surprised she hasn't considered designing and building a full prosthetic leg with a system to support the biological outer casing (skin, fur, sensory nerve groups, etc.), with the gear wetwired in using some form of very basic nanotech or even tailored biotech systems to grow the nerve endings over and around the connections to the cyberleg... From the sound of it it's nerve damage more than anything preventing the leg from working.
Ahh, I'd gathered she had pleasure mods. Interesting bit about the crossbreeding and breeding bit. It sounds to me like she's also gotten some form of engineered egg variant in there, since normally you can't crossbreed safely (or indeed at all). I'm also strongly wondering about immunological compatibility. Of course, this all assumes the "usual" for furries as spontaneously-evolved separate breeds common to the fandom, as opposed to something more logical, such as furries being engineered from human base genetics. Humorously, if the vaginal and anal implants can be activated without a partner, then she has a built-in sex toy for her own pleasure. Good and bad, that: good - she can have TONS of fun. Bad - pleasure addiction.
As to the breast milk part, this implies a fairly heavy re-organization and alteration, biotech-wise, to the breasts. Intriguing. Makes me curious as to the advancement of biotechnology in your setting.

Someone didn't think about levels of storage there. Interestingly, if it follows the minimum size limit for even atomic-level storage, (5 atoms per bit, self-reinforcing and error-correcting), it WILL eventually still run out of space, especially at the high information density human or near-human perception works at. Sounds to me like she desperately needs a full-out properly-designed neural net and attendant storage/processing capacity common to such.

The brain one is a poor design and replacing it would likely cause irreversible damage to her unfortunately. It was built for more than a lifetime of storage though so it shouldn't run out of room.

Ahh, I see. Aye, removal without essentially having the implant nano-disassembled would be quite troublesome, I'm sure. And I see on the leg matter. that's not a healthy thing, but nonetheless... As for the pleasure builds, depending upon mindset those I'd think might not be much of a problem. As to the technomancy, well, that's its' own whole ball of wax. ^_^
