This is Tadeo, he is  Peritian 's character. She is a rather good artist on many levels. So I used one of her characters in my upgrade project. Thanks you for letting me do this. :D

I decided to have Tadeo at the beach, and it looks like he is more annoyed that the sun is in his eyes. This is to practice on anatomy, however there was not much refrence of Tadeo in areas I needed, so I had to make some stuff up, like some spot placements, I hope that is okay Peritian
