This was done for my friend's wedding present. Kinda still working with this technique...which is basically squirt paint onto the canvas and move it around so it mixes. The top area didn't come out like I wanted it to, but it's alright. She likes it a lot so that is all that matters :).
I didn't have time to scan it in, so she took a pic of it for me :P.
Those stars are those plastic glow in the dark things you put on walls.

Underneath the one-hundred-forty-two layers of posters and pictures on my walls are a sea of glow in the dark stars . . . . ^___^ I had one of those bigger ones stuck on my old SNES a looooong time ago.
You did really well on the colors mixing together! The one on the bottom looks a lot like some of the rocks I have outside on the patio at home! :D

When I was a kid I had a lot of gitd stick on things, even a set of insects. They're sweeeet!
All I did to mix the colors was move the canvas around...seriously. I put the paint on and moved it to swirl. Oh man I love rocks! I think I know what you're talking about, I've seen rocks like that before, is it a sandstone?

I'm not sure what it's called, but it's very bright and colorful with yellow, reds and orange all swirled around.
I used to collect rocks when I was little. =^.^= I probably still have a jumbo tin can somewhere in the garage full of rocks I used to think were so cool. Lol!

w00t! I still tend to pick up a few here and there that I find interesting . . . but I've had so many rocks in my collection, I was running out of room to put them. So I've had to cut back on the temptation to stuff my pockets full of em whenever I go out for a walk. XD
