IB's gone down a bunch of times, but it's usually brought back up within minutes. Hours if it's something serious.

FA is really bad about getting stuff done in a reasonable amount of time. "We should have the site back up in a few hours" *one week later...*

And the number-one cause of Inkbunny outages?

Upgrades. Added features. Fixed bugs. Actual IMPROVEMENTS.

lovely thing about IB though is that you can put an 'ignore' on keywords, and all stuff that has that keyword no longer shows for ya 8D

Demonstrably false. A child molestor will be one regardless of what drawings s/he looks at, and a person who is not a child molestor will not magically become one by looking at drawings of cub art.

Also, you might not even realize this, but you don't really feel this way, you're just using it as justification for your pre-existing bias. If you truly felt that 'art leads to action', you'd be equally against art with 'vanilla' rape in it (among other things), and I don't see you or ANY of the anti-cub-art-crusaders clamoring that non-con art needs to go, or that it turns people into rapists.

What did FA expect? If they don't stop banning things, they won't stop losing users.

Cant really blame em for going to IB. some artists have their own way of drawing art and when a site changes the rules to where an artist work is no longer acceptable on FA can we blame em for leaving? im not an artist but im not about to go and tell em they have to change how they draw due to the lame rules of a site their on.

I recieved these notes saying that my stuff would be removed, but at that time, FA shut down momentarilly.

I have a Inkbunny account as well, but this is a "Just in case" scenario... To my knowledge, there has been no Sonic art genocide as of yet... But still, if FA is gonna do something stupid like this, they will be just another dead ass website.

Why You decided that? I had some banned images and a weird message about an image what had anything bad or reason for Be banned but the comentary is vanished and said ereased by the administrator...

got the note as well, personally deleted what i thought were the items in question, yet the mod deleted others that were of my ownership, some that were from 5 years back

seriously.... i am NOT surprised :/ have stopped my FA activity almost completely. I too have been hit by the banhammer once... and could avoid it the second time it almost struck me.. because the admin was fair.
Anyway.. i wonder how crowded FA will still be in one year from now?
