Here's a digital pic of my Great Frigate bird character, Leslie, that I got from  pixiekirin. Just like his real life counterpart, he has the ability to inflate his chest, although at times it can lead to embarrassing and/or comedic situations.

So, Leslie wanted to try and add some definition to his frame so that folks would stop mistaking him for a girl, given his "special talent" but seems as though his plan backfired when he tried to bench-press a barbell. He got all the attention of the guys in the gym during that workout.
