*Please note; there is mild swearing and Supernatural esque gore. Nothing too bad, but do expect more of it in future episodes*
Here's the 4th chapter (finally) of Rifts! This one is very short, but it finally wraps up the Pilot!

Chapter 4
Kenyon dragged the dead body whose face was hidden by a gas mask and put laid it on a slightly elevated rock formation that vaguely resembled a table.
“Kenyon,” Collette said softly, “these last few hours turned a town into a bloody nightmare; you’re stressed.”
“No shit,” Kenyon shot back.
“Do you know what might be causing the Rifts?” Collette asked him, both actually wanting to know the answer and wanting to calm the wolf down.
“I don’t know!” Kenyon said, throwing his arms up before walking away from the body. “Those, things have weapons from my world, that Lycan opened one manually, and I the Queen-” Kenyon looked as though everything made sense, and told Collette to follow him.
Blood was everywhere inside the huge, ruined castle when Kenyon and Collette walked in.
“No!” Collette yelled as she ran over the bloody, decimated corpse of the Queen.
“Kenyon,” she said in a raspy voice, “I’m not from this world.”
“I know,” the grey Vargirn replied solftly as he knelt down.
The Queen held up a metal circle with four spokes coming out from a yellow sphere in the middle.
“Goodbye.” She pushed the sphere, which slipped out and broke into shards of yellow, and she disintegrated into tiny glowing specks of dust which flew upwards.
“Well, okay then.” Kenyon said, weirded out by what just happened.
A loud “WOOSH” appeared from behind Kenyon and Collette. They slowly turned around and found themselves nearly blinded by a bright white light. Kenyon tilted his head back and howled, knowing that a family would hear him and know that it was safe to leave their basement. As he walked into the Rift, Collette remembered what the future Kenyon told her. “When a Rift opens, you need to jump. If you walk through, you’ll end up without your feet.”
“Kenyon, JUMP!”
“Wha- AAAHHH!!!” was all that was heard from him as a small stream of blood flew up and landed on Collette’s clothes. The light was beginning to dim as Collette stood there. She jumped. The Rift closed, leaving a grey anthro wolf’s foot behind.
End of Pilot.
