IT HAPPENS AT THE EXACT ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE IT COULD POSSIBLY HAPPEN. Except maybe directly after their hug. I wouldn't have noticed it, except that I was taking screenshots during an analysis of their (delicious) body language at the time.

These people are artists, not vore art pumping machines. The only way you are going to get guaranteed output of something is if you go find someone who is accepting commissions and pay them to make what you want.
