They are bubble free, light blue felt backed paw pads. This is an official business and having bubble free products, colored though out is one of our quality objectives.
They are feral textured canines ones
This pair has minor clumping of the glow powder resulting in glow specks within the uniform glow of the paw pads. My goal is to have no specks in future productions. You can buy this pair at the following link, but note, your buying them as shown in the picture, with the specks.

Its not wrong, that's why I still offered them for sale, however I don't see many people wanting the specks so in future paws I'm going to attempt to reduce clumping further.
I already did a pink uv set. Are you wanting a pink glow set?
*ponders* how would the rainbow look, sections of colors or mixed colors though out. I'm not sure how the light wold look after, may or may not turn out. It might be fun to try, nice idea.

My production of glow efffects in on hold while I wait for my comercial medical labe type mixer to come in. This pair is up for adoption still, but they contain glow clumps. The mixer will resolve this issue for future powder effects. The regional sales rep for the mixer is coming over next week to verify it works with my products befor I invest the 7kin equipment costs to buy it.

ok. well this is my first time making and putting together my own suit. so i don't know if i am gonna buy yet. thank you though ^^ i am still trying to figure out which of my two characters would be easier to make. xD sorry if i waist your time. i really like them which is why i aid i might commission in the future some time.
I'm pondering your suggestion, just trying to think of what to call them, as "with glow specks" may or may not sound all that great.
