Quite a while back, I began conversing and becoming good friends with a sweet, wonderful guy and great artist whom many of you may know, Kensuke. In the course of our talks I learned (big surprise) that he'd been aware of me, and especially Nieve, for some time...and that he thought Nieve was wonderfully hot. So...he decided to do some quick sketches for me, partly to get a feel for the character, partly to prepare for when I would get a postcard commission from him (or a regular one, when he opened for them), and partly just because he liked him. When I wanted to post them he said no, because (again, big surprise) he felt the art wasn't "good enough" and he wanted to redo one of them with more detail and skill. But he said I could share the others. So, here they are!

The first one is trademark Kensuke--absolutely adorable and sweet, really showing off Nieve's cute side and his friendliness. A real kind, good-hearted lion and a great teacher and professor. Note the glasses. ^_^ The other was Ken seeing if he could mimic some of Cursedmarked's style, as well as showing how Nieve looks in his official reference sheet. Not only did he get the mane and braid perfect, I'd say he captured Nieve's lusty, sensual side. As for the bit of dialogue...inside joke I'm afraid, but you can imagine it to mean just about anything.
