For awhile now I have pondered a costume made like this. It would be hard to wear, but it would be unique as there are no other costumes of fish gals.

You might want to spread the tail fins out more like http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8812740/ to hide your feet. Perhaps the whole bottom lalf of the costume could be built like an extremely pinched in hoop skirt with wire supported fins at the bottom so they don't drag.
