They have a name now, a sort of cross between "kilivfak" (the mythical species they're based on) and "Kalevala". Kalivalka is the snow-covered flatland in the far northern parts of Tessera, beyond the Arctus Pass... which is where this guy found himself snowboarding on an ill-suited flat board. I want to try this same idea again, but ... a little different and better suited to their shape.
