I may have underestimated Mew's size.. Lugia is about 17 feet, and Mew is about 1, closer to 2 feet..
Let's just say it's a baby Mew for the picture's sake. XD

I really wanted to draw Lugia after i saw a neat realistic Lugia looking at a Lapras swimming overhead. it was pretty, so i made this. not quite as pretty, but i'm still learnin'

also, excuse the slightly derpy pose. lugia have gigantic fucking wings and it was hard to find where to put them XD
