Practicaly Mime (Puppet W.I.P)

Well; Im trying to work on making myself a puppet for a stop motion project ( that I have set myself);
And began working on his wonderous head (Bareing in mind he is to be a mime wit ha grin).. So I took some photos to see how light would cast onto his face when I have finished editing the frames...
I must say; Already; I am alittle bit afraid...
Thoughts so far?
Im in a love hate feel with his face;
It casts light & shadow well; but I am unsure if I like him....
