Actually that's the American Sign Language sign for "I Love You" (link). Key difference is the thumb sticking out.

There's only one problem with this picture: NO SHE'S NOT!! I was going to keep silent and not annoy you on the subject with my new profile but since you have a picture that clearly is telling us something that is no longer true I just had to bring it up: WHEN IS THE NEW MANDY SITE GOING TO BE UP? I really love her comics and I am not a very patient fellow. You got yourself another real fan here! Please at the very least put a site with her (and Ozzie's) complete archives until you can start coming up with new comics again.
