The 5th and optional character of the party, available after the mission-hub is complete in the major city, and before the final leg of the story.
A merchant by trade and a mathematical genius, he always dreamed of becoming a bard. He learned the secrets of magical songs from his grandmother, but has never had time to practice them in utility. When a group of travelers pass by his town, he provides them equipment and supplies for their journey, and if certain conditions are met, he will tag along to provide support. Not very good as a fighter, though.

Thanks. I was trying to make him look chubby without looking, ya'know, fat. I originally wanted to make him a Sumo wrestler, because with all the samurai and ninja waltzing about in games these days, Sumo wrestlers just don't get much face time. I decided against it, though, since Sumo wrestling isn't something someone could just pick up and use for fighting in battle, it's something they must train everyday on, and since this guy's a merchant, it just didn't mesh well.
