but in all seriousness, i believe the mugshot jail icon style was originally  22mg's idea which is very rude of you to take, especially if you are asking commissions for them

And the "poor-uncredited-author-of-original-idea" wasn't the fist one who draw this kind of thing, nor it was his/her creation.
If you bark about something that trivial, I'm sure you'll give thumbs up for copyrighting poses, or colors.
She doesn't draw these for profits, what's the problem?

ANYWAY, I don't see how offering mugshot-alike commissions is a problem.
Mugshots were created in 18th century, so assuming that Jed stole this "style" from 22mg would be ridiculous.

Yeah, I agree with the above comments. This is blatantly stealing someone else's idea exactly. You should probably credit 22mg, or at least talk to them about it.
