A Super Mario Bros inspired villain I bought from Captain-Jamesman over at DA

Princess Layla is the ruler of the Phantom kingdom ( a Halloween themed land). She sent out her army of evil minions to collect some rare ingredients for a powerful potion her court wizard to make for her. This potion would give her the ability to transform into an unstoppable dragon and then nothing could stop her from taking over the world. One of the ingredients was the tear from someone pure of heart, so they kidnapped Princess Peach. Mario battled his way through the Phantom kingdom and finally faces off against Layla. Layla drinks the completed potion and gets a surprise. Instead of turning into a dragon, she gains weight! Apparently her court wizard "Neko-gami" has run off with the rare potion and has given her one of his weight gain potions instead. She loses the battle with Mario and Princess Peach is rescued.

Layla is skilled in dark magic and has a great strength (Probably because of her new form). Not only does she have a great hatred for Mario, she also hates her former court wizard Neko-gami. She has even put a bounty on Gami's head for his betrayal.
