I was getting frustrated with trying to master furring/coloring wolves in general with their blended colors and decided to color a free line art I had found ages agon on DA of an african wild dog/african painted dog/cape painted dog/cape hunting dog/wildehond/I can likely go on and on with all the different names for this. Credits in the pick for the original artist on DA nyo-tama.

ANYWAY, I think it actually turned out pretty good. I find coloring sharp stops on colors easier than managing a smooth blend from one color to another. Sometimes I just like to color to relax a bit. Maybe I should start drawing some of these guys to ease the frustration furring and blending bring on x_x
