Eyup... got me two pony characters now. This being my Fallout: Equestria themed pegasus stallion named Thunder Dash. His back-story is still in the works as I've only read 3/4 of the fanfic, but the prelim's I have goes something along the lines of~
Rainbow Dash held a celebratory party for the Wonderbolts as they were about to be shipped out for the pony/zebra war. The drinks flowed, and Soarin and she had some fun int he back room. A few months later, T-Dash was the result. During the war, R-Dash decided she didn't want her only foal to get in harms way or anything so she tricked him into a cryogenic sleep, which finally clunked out and auto-revived Thunder aprox. 250 years later. Culture shock ensues.... oh, and the night with Rainbow helped Soarin cone to terms with liking other stallions. He and Rainbow still were friends and he did his best to help raise Thunder, but he was usually on deployment for the war.

His speical talent is similar to his mother, able to create a Sonic Thunderboom. He's also adept at dealing with lightning strikes and magical weaponry.
