One day I was pondering on the though how alot of small helpless animals get taken advantage of by larger preds such as snakes, and I was like "Hey!, role reversal???" and that is how this piece came to be. It's the easy steps to stay alive inside of a snake for as long as possible to at least enjoy some of the moments spent with one another. All you need is a tube (preferably thick enough to not be clogged with saliva and moisture from exhaling and inhaling) and an assistant willing to watch and help out with the procedure, making sure you are safe inside every step of the way. Also there will be a need for a snake in which will swallow the prey feet first, if you can find one of these, you are set my friend. It's a good idea not to be suffocated to death as well before this experiment or the whole thing will just be useless :P. Well I hope you will all enjoy and please comment! :D

If you ever wanted to use my exact character I would be honored to be in such work of yours as I always look forward to it. The only small difference is my fur color is a little darker and the fur between my eyes goes down to my nose. Regardless I really love this picture ^^
PS: Every single one of my snake friends thought that husky in the picture was me and they all wanted to do the same thing to me o.o

They need the teeth to dig in in order to swallow large prey, but maybe some sort of light armor could be worn by the prey. Of course you'd need a record breakingly large snake to begin with. There is actually a consensual snake vore scene in a Piers Anthony book (Wielding a Red Sword), but he didn't address the pointy teeth issue.
But it's a Tiger snake! A gosh darn Tiger snake! xD it can do whatever it wants lol. You do however bring up a very good point Strega!, well especially for a full husky anthro it would be ridiculous not to have something there to help it in without having the meal slip out all of the time x3. That snake would probably go down the way of Darwin's theory as one of the most pointless species of slithering creatures out there. Also I wanted to say that i'm honored to get a comment from you! It means alot coming from a true inspiration! :D
It is a very nice drawing, it deserved a comment. Nor am I suggesting the ideal is silly. I've drawn much sillier stuff. I just addressed it from the sense of strict realism since not everyone knows just how big and pointy a big snake's teeth are. They are like recurved needles and they hurt a lot, as we see when big snake hunters get bitten on the Discovery Channel. 83
just the other day on Discovery Channel with steve the croc hunter, he was looking 4 snakes and found this ________ python, it was upset, but he still got it and it struk out at him 3 times and on the 4th it helled on till he got it off, and boy was there a lot of bite marks. they were deep and a lot of blood was comming out of the biggest bite so their more like shark hooks. (shark hooks are hooks that are used to fish sharks and other huge fish, well i call them that at lest )
Absolutely Beautiful my friend makes me want to Get back to Traditional with vore as well, i always enjoy Seeing your works. you're Anatomy Is Always Spot On. i know you would beg to Differ about "ANY" Compliment i give you. but that's what makes you Such a good artist. why if you let every compliment go to your Head you would Plateau and stop Trying to improve. but i can See so much improvement with every piece you do even the ones with Smex in them XD LMAO. you know, it's not my thing what so ever. but i wouldn't let that Stop My Just from looking at your Art. i mean the time you take with these pieces the detail you put into them, it truly is breath taking. believe me i used to be a Traditional Artist professionally and to do such lovely chiaroscuro shading, and fur patterns is more then time consuming. you put a lot of Love into every piece, it fills me with such joy to see your work. now. onto this piece. i love the Perspective you got on the glass aquarium that perspective is not easy by any means! but you Nailed it! and i love the Pattern on that bunny! haha. i love bunnies period but you have brought all the above to the table *snickers* and the snake. well now. i love that tiger pattern on his back Hah. it Really Adds a Nice feel and good illusion of contours From the Doggy inside hehe =D! and you gave some nice slick gleams in there so show the slimy pup! oh its just a beautiful piece. great Idea Great lil' Explanation and a lovely thought you had! xD I was just thinking to myself as I was making this this "could it just be that simple?" a breathing tube??? haha I know that there are alot of flaws before the breathing tube can even be tested, but it's a gawd damn Tiger snake!, enough said. I must disenchant ure dreams a little bit. It not will work this way, cause u will still suffocated to death, if the tube is to long, like in the picture. U will rebreath ure already breathed air again and again, until u die.
There must be two lubes, and a valve, that prevents breathing in and out throught the same tube.
If you find a way to fix that, and the teethy-thing, i would be youre man for this :D

hey! that's actually a really clever idea, so we could set it up kind of like how the breathers from scuba gear are set up, except add another tube to allow the air to exhale outside of the snake. I don't know if it's such a bright idea to let the carbon dioxide build inside of this snake x3 and for the teeth thing? well that's for a genetically modified snake xP If I fix the problems you will be the first to test it! ^w^ Thank you so much for commenting!

I'm wondering if that snake can regurgitate its prey though, but I'd be willing to go find that out myself by just giving it a try.
After all, it makes the whole thing more exciting and thrilling, not knowing if one would be let out alive or if one would get to be slowly fully digested alive instead.
I'd also want to try to stay in the snake as long as possible, getting to feel the digestion process slowly ramping up to full throttle, stomach fluids seeping into my fur and making my body slowly itch and burn. I'd definitely try to be a good preything and suppress my struggles as it gets more uncomfortable in the snake's stomach, rooting for reaching a new record time in that deadly chamber.
I just hope that I won't pass out in there and also have enough energy left to be able to somehow signal someone outside to get the snake to regurgitate me when the digestion process has become unbearable, providing that someone won't have fallen asleep or simply left me to stay in the snake, maybe even forgetting I was in there digesting away while they do something else, or even turning on the heating pad underneath the snake enclosure to aid with the snake digesting me alive....
Again, only one way to find out I guess!

I absolutely love your train of thought. Definitely the thrill of potentially not coming out alive while even trying to set the record for staying inside are the best things this scenario would offer! Especially with a clumsy helper who does something dumb, or leaves the room completely, or even somehow catalyzes the process of dogestion (like you suggested with heating).
I think it would be a cool idea if we took turns competing in staying inside. Li
For example, first you go inside and go out after five minutes, then I go for 10, then you go for 15. Not sure what the winner would get though :P

I can say from keeping pet snakes for many years that it would be very easy to get them to swallow a prey item feet first. If the prey is very small, many snakes that swallow prey alive without constriction or poison will simply swallow whatever end they happened to grab the prey. But if you wanted to induce a large constrictor to swallow prey tail first, you simply feed it a small rodent first, which it will swallow head first, and before the snake finishes the first meal, you insert the hind legs and tail into the still swallowing mouth -- easy peasy! But back to the damage of sharp serpent teeth, when swallowing helpless prey like nestling birds and baby mammals, snakes will actually avoid biting them and usually swallow them without a single drop of blood -- not due to any compassion of course, but simply because they are harder to swallow if they get impaled on their sharp teeth.
IMPORTANT NOTE! Never leave a prey animal in a cage with more than one snake, because if they both begin to swallow the prey from opposite ends, one is liable to accidentally swallow their cage mate without realizing it!
