Just a fun little doodle I did of Masaru and Mai.....Nothing special ^-^

This is a scene from the story later on. Mai spots a couple kissing and she doesn't understand what they are doing. The way her kind show affection is by rubbing noses.

Mai asks Masaru what a kiss is and demonstrates how close you had to be to someones face and she puckered her lips together. Masaru is quick to panic and tells her to stop, he tells her that kisses are for loved ones. Mai smiles and gives Masaru a kiss on the cheek and tells him that apparently that kiss is okay because they're friends. This is the first time she reffers Masaru as her friend and not her assistant. This makes Masaru happy...but at the same time...dissapointed...since he likes Mai but isn't aware of what his feelings are.
