Try out this sensational salad full of flavour and colour from the kitchens of

So on the way home from the farmer's market, one of the tomatoes got crushed. Probably by the mango and plums. But it was crushed beyond repair!
So since it was about lunch time anyway, We decided a nice light salad would be good to use it in.
Incredibly easy too!
For this one we used:
2-4 Sweet Heirloom Tomatoes (more or less depending on the size!)
3-5 Fresh Strawberries (more or less depending on the size!)
2-3 leaves Fresh Basil
Watercress
Olive Oil (to taste)
Balsamic Vinegar (to taste)
Mozzarella Cheese (4-6 balls or about 4 crumbled slices)
Sprinkled with Lentil Sprouts
Just chop up your berries and tomatoes. Cut up the basil and water cress. Grab your mozzarella balls or just cut it from a block and toss it all lightly together.
Drizzle with vinegar and oil and then eat!
I wouldn't be against pepper, and a little bit of seasalt in this either x3
People might also throw in some olives. I don't much like olives, myself.
