If you do a similar pose it's not my call-- like, I don't own this pose or anything! If you're talking like, copying the pose+angle or mimicking that specifically I'd have to say no. If it was a personal piece it'd be fine, but this is for somebody else and I don't think they'd fancy seeing something like it around!
But like, if you wanted to just do something inspired off of this from a different angle + other changes, that would be fine really. So long as the similarity wasn't glaringly obvious?

Well I like to ask anyway, just a respect thing. Nothing completely obvious, but again I'm not sure how it would turn out. I don't really have it planned.
