PRESS F5 TO MAKE STUFF BIGGER!
Celebrating 5 years of online fetish artwork and craziness! Can't believe I was only 16 when I began drawing, thank God you can lie on the internet and nobody is any the wiser.
Here I have collected an assortment of images I feel have been a noticable 'leap' between standards in my artwork. They are the pinnacle of my artistic skill at the time of drawing, and they all utilized a new method, program, or style that I had learnt to help me improve.
For those that haven't known me long, I first began my online artwork back in September 2007 on Deviantart. The only drawing I had done before that had been in pre-school, with my grandad, or in a terrible art A-level I took during high school (in which our teacher was a drugged out hippie who knew nothing about art, told us to 'feel' what we were drawing... got us into quite a lot of trouble during nude lifedrawing I can tell you that!) For those that think I've been drawing all my life...you're wrong! I was never into art growing up, I've only been 'seriously' drawing the last 6 years.
Its been a long journey, but I've never really noticed how much my style has changed. When I first started I used to scan and ink all my images by hand. The first three from 2007 to 2009 were all done by hand, I still have all the original sketches here safe too. This was an incredibly slow and risky process, scanning in stuff used to be a total pain in the arse and I always risked my parents catching me! Once I left an image in the scanner and my mom saw it.... lucky she didn't get that it was a fetish image and let it go, thank lord!
Ever since late 2010 and 2011 onwards I mostly always sketch by graphics tablet. I adore using my tablet, its so much easier than using old pencils! (not that I don't love traditional artwork too, I just like the easiness of being able to bash out a good picture in three hours without a break)
As for programs, originally I always used a program called MGI Photosuite 4, and it was CRAP! It had totally bare bones features, very little in the way of layers or effects, and hogged so much memory that it nearly always crashed the PC when exporting. Since 2009 I've been using Photoshop CS3 which I got from a friend. I've also been sketching in Paint tool SAI, a rediculously nimble program you can buy very cheaply (or just crack it :p) which is just superb for sketching images in. Both my 2011 and 2012 images you see here were both sketched, coloured and drawn almost fully in SAI, I only used photoshop for colour collection and lighting effects. I got Photoshop CS5 this year and its been a big boost in rendering things like water and combining layers, but ANY CS product is good and worth the money.
As for tablets, until 2011 I always used my white A4 Wacom Bamboo tablet. Its created hundreds of images and I was sad when I had to let it go. Now I use a beefy A4 (although with the boarder its morelike A3) Wacom Intuos 4 tablet, which gives me much more room and space to play with, whilst also being much more comfortable.
So, as for the images, here is a quick rundown of my thoughts on each one...
2007: Just starting out...little understanding of anatomy, scale or expressions, but a nice try. Lighting is none existant, but the outline looks good. Compared to some other images I did around this time, I had the skills, but rarely spent more than an hour on each image, leading to quite a few very badly drawn images.
2008: A huge improvement to the 2007 work, much more time was spent exploring expressions, poses, and beginning to introduce light shading work and shininess renderings to each image. Still feeling a little flat but atleast they resemble morelike humans now! Well...were-foxes atleast
2009: Another boost! This time I began drawing my own backgrounds in almost every image, shading became a priority, as did lighting, expressions, scale and anatomy. There are alot of things inparticular I like about this miltank TF picture, its one of the first sissy-ish images I drew, exploring folds and creases in clothing, and especially the light reflecting across it, and how the character feels.
2010: Getting somewhere. Characters now have pretty realistic anatomy, save for a few images where eyes and hands seemed to float away leaving with bizarre malformities, but hey! I was producing 10 images a week like this. I loooove the design of this latex gown, and the expression and design of Melissa (one of my old characters) as she gazes lustfully out from under her large latex hat. For those that said drawing rubber is a new thing for me, I've ALWAYS loved it! rubber and shininess have always been an integral part of things I draw, I adore everything about rubber, always have done, always will.
2011: Sissy boi's! This was the year I abandoned DA thanks to its previous issues and finally dived head on into FA! Thank you all so much for making me feel so welcomed! This image holds lots of important factors for me, the depth, perspective, anatomy, design, EVERYTHING about it I really admire. Its also a mini sequence in itself showing the TF from regular fox into a femmefox! This picture truly had it all, and is one of my favourites. The background makes this picture too, as well as the shadows and lighting. It generally showcases all the previous advancements so far.
2012: I was edgy about adding this one, as 2012 isn't over yet! But I figured I should just incase. This is my favourite image I've ever drawn. Her pose, expression, the lighting, the detail on the water, the perspective of her arched body lazing softly across the pool.... Its the pinnicle of what I can do with my current skills in fetish art as I know it (I do have other skills, but this is centerally around MY style and how one single fetish character style has evolved, I'm not a one-trick pony you know ;) )
SO 5 years, over 800 images across DA and FA, so many people, many friends and the occasional enemy I've had the pleasure of meeting. Its been a huge adventure, one that I hope you've all enjoyed taking part in as I've had completing. I have LOTS more to learn, but judging by my current progress, I should have improved a little but by 2013 :-D
Peace guys! Keep on following, tell me which of my old images you like best and I might try redrawing it!

Some of the older stuff I really liked from way back when?
http://fav.me/d2grsen - I think some of your early Birdo TF, the pink slimy eggs and the smell being the TF trigger where very nice!
http://fav.me/d2fu6e7 - Chances are my most enjoyed of the Cellophane Golem TF's you had done as well! Just how utterly squishy the pooltoy ended up was enjoyable!
There is also one other image of yours I can't find up anywhere anymore, thought I have saved on my HDD as you did Q-Bee in a rubbery bondage get up. Kinda sad it's no longer up there, kinda happy I've saved it after so long thought.
But you really HAVE come a long way, and it's been awesome to actually watch you even these last 2~3 years that I've been able to watch your accounts and keep track on your progress.

An artist friend of mine pointed me at Art Rage Studio Pro which you may want to have a look at sometime.
Wow, just... wow! I mean, I really like your older stuff, since it's more in line with my own preferences, but the degree to which your quality and style has improved is outstanding.
If you redid, like... Furry Females Only, or Cameron Gets Innertubed, or Doll Change in your new style... whoa, I would have no words for the awesomeness.
